What if I already own a rental property?

We dive deep into every aspect of multifamily investing so you will either learn new things to add or improve your processes. This program can also be used as a roadmap to purchase your second, third, or tenth rental property. Plus, as continue to add on to this, you will continue to learn.
What if the market crashes?
Trying to time the market is a very common mistake. The better option is to always be buying GOOD deals. Deals that cannot go bad because their fundamentals are strong. Every deal we buy performs well in a bad economy ("crash") and even better in a strong economy. Follow the 3 laws of investing to protect yourself. Buy for cash flow, have reserves, and use smart debt. As long as you follow our guidelines, a market crash is not a concern. (Plus it is extremely unlikely anyways)
